What it is
Unrealised profit is on paper; realized profit and loss is what sellers actually lock in when they part with their tokens. This panel adds up, per day, the profit and the loss taken by every wallet that sold.
Profit above the line and loss below separates a token being sold into strength (profit-taking) from one being sold out of in pain (capitulation).
It is an approximation, sound for trends, not accounting.
What goes into it
- 1
Blocktronics prices each day's sales and stores the day's realized profit, realized loss and net, with the number of sellers.
- 2
The card mirrors profit above the zero line and loss below it, with the day's net, and heads the card with the sum of net realized PnL over the stored days.
headline = Σ daily net realized PnL over the window - 3
The snapshot keeps each token's net over the last 30 calendar days ending at the panel's own last day.
How to read it
- High
- Sellers locked in more profit than loss: gains are being taken.
- Low
- Sellers locked in more loss than profit: holders are leaving at a loss.
- Rising
- Profit-taking is growing against losses.
- Falling
- Losses are growing against profit-taking.
Evidence in the data, never advice
Common pitfalls
- Days with no priced sales are left out rather than zeroed, so a gap can be a quiet day.
- One large seller can make the whole day; check the sellers count in the data table.
- The realized figures are an approximation, sound for trends, not accounting.
