Draft, pending counsel

Not in force. Written on 18 October 2026 from what the site does; counsel hasn't reviewed it yet, and the operating entity isn't named yet ([Operating entity — to be named]). Notes marked [pending counsel] are legal choices still open

Terms of use

These terms cover Blocktronics: this site, its API, its MCP server for AI apps, its embeds and its browser extension. They are a draft written from what the site does today, for counsel to review, with a note marked [pending counsel] wherever a legal choice is still open.

1. Who we are

Blocktronics is operated by [Operating entity — to be named]. It shows on-chain data about tokens on Base, Ethereum and Robinhood Chain: holders, cost basis, flows, grades and signals, computed from stored rows of the public Blocktronics API.

The swap and the affiliate program have their own terms as well as these.

Swap terms (draft)Affiliate terms (draft)Privacy notice (draft)

[pending counsel] The operating entity's name, registered office and company number, and whether one entity operates everything listed here.

[pending counsel] Whether the swap's and the affiliate program's terms form part of these terms or stand alone.

2. Information only

Grades, figures, signals, reads, Predictive analysis and the market brief are information about on-chain activity, computed by fixed rules from stored data. Missing data shows as missing, never as zero.

None of it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation or an offer, and nothing on Blocktronics tells you to buy, sell or hold a token. You decide what to do with it.

[pending counsel] The disclaimer's wording in each market served, and whether a grade or a read beside a Swap button counts as a financial promotion (for example under the UK's rules).

3. Your account

You sign in by signing a message with your wallet (Sign-In with Ethereum). It is a signature, not a transaction: it costs nothing and moves nothing. Your wallet address is your account. Smart-contract wallets can't sign in yet.

A sign-in lasts 14 days, or until you sign out. Blocktronics never asks for your seed phrase or private keys and can't recover a wallet.

Account keys you make and AI apps you connect act for your account within what you approved. You can revoke each on your account page.

[pending counsel] The minimum age and who may open an account (the site asks no age today).

[pending counsel] Who is responsible for what is done with a wallet, an account key or a connected app.

4. Credits

Credits are prepaid: bought in USDC, $BLOCKTRONICS or any token, or earned on swaps as a $BLOCKTRONICS rebate.

They pay for actions on the site, the API and the MCP: New-token scan, CSV export, Alert, Token refresh, Dashboard or hub refresh, Dashboard creation, Hub creation, All history, The Outlook, Readout, Bundle scan, Market brief email, Signals over the API and MCP and API and MCP pulls. Each action's cost is on the pricing page, and activity-based prices are quoted before you confirm. The prices live there, not in these terms.

  • Bought credits are final: they can't be withdrawn or sold.
  • Prepaid credits, no auto-renew.
  • Spent credits are final too: deleting a dashboard or a hub you paid to create doesn't refund it, and an edit that lowers a live alert's price refunds nothing.

Swaps earn $BLOCKTRONICS back as a rebate. It sits in Blocktronics' shared rebate wallet, with a ledger of each wallet's rebate: spend it as credits on the platform (after your bought credits, and what you spend moves to the treasury), or withdraw and hold what you haven't spent.

Top-ups are open on your account page.

Pricing

[pending counsel] Whether bought credits can be final where consumer law gives a right of withdrawal or a refund (for example the EU's 14 days for digital content), and the wording that waives it if it can.

[pending counsel] Whether credits expire (nothing in the code expires them today).

[pending counsel] The rebate's custody wording and the right to withdraw it.

5. Swaps

The swap is an interface for swapping tokens from your own wallet. Quotes and transactions come from third-party aggregators (KyberSwap and 0x). Blocktronics checks each quote, your wallet shows it, and you sign and send it. Blocktronics never holds your tokens or your keys, and can't reverse a transaction.

Blocktronics takes a fee of 0.2% of each swap, paid in the same transaction and named on every quote.

Swaps between chains aren't open yet. The plan is to route them through Across, a third-party bridge, the same way: from your own wallet, under its own terms.

The swap's own terms cover the fee, swap rewards, the risks, who may use it and what is sent to the aggregators.

Swap terms (draft)

[pending counsel] Whether operating a swap interface that takes a fee is a regulated activity where we operate (for example under MiCA), and the licence or registration it needs.

[pending counsel] Sanctions screening (nothing screens wallets yet) and the places the swap isn't offered.

[pending counsel] Passing on the aggregators' and the bridge's own terms where they require it.

6. Alerts and email

Alerts are sentences you write. They are checked on a schedule against stored data, kept in the app and sent, as you choose, by email, Telegram, a signed webhook or to your agent.

An alert is a notice, not a promise: it can arrive late, be missed or be wrong when the data behind it is late or incomplete.

Every alert email and weekly digest has a one-click unsubscribe link, and so does the market brief. Sign-in codes and notices about your account's security, such as an app connecting to it, are sent without one.

Telegram and the addresses your webhooks point at are run by others; once a message leaves Blocktronics, delivering it is up to them.

[pending counsel] Limits on liability for an alert that is late, missed or wrong.

7. What you make and share

Dashboards, cards, hubs, alerts and research posts you make are yours. When you share one (a share link, the gallery, an embed or a hub), anyone with the link, or on that page, can see it.

Images you upload for a hub are public to anyone with their link, and can't be deleted from the site yet.

Only upload or share what you have the right to, and nothing unlawful.

[pending counsel] The licence you give us to host and show what you share, and how a complaint about shared content is handled.

8. Fair use

Don't use Blocktronics to break the law, to get around its limits, its credit checks or its sign-in, or to interfere with the service or with other people's use of it.

The API, the MCP and embeds have their own keys and rate limits.

[pending counsel] The full acceptable-use list, the terms for reusing the data (and its attribution), and when an account may be suspended or closed.

9. Other services

Blocktronics relies on others: the swap aggregators, your wallet, Telegram, the AI apps you connect, chain nodes and the data providers behind the figures. They have their own terms, and Blocktronics doesn't control them.

[pending counsel] Which providers' terms must be passed on to you, and how.

10. Availability and changes

Blocktronics is changing quickly: features can be added, priced, changed or removed, and the service can be unavailable. Figures are as fresh as their settled day, which each page shows.

These terms will change as the site does.

[pending counsel] Warranty disclaimers, the limit on our liability and what consumer law doesn't let us exclude.

[pending counsel] How changes to these terms are announced, and when they take effect.

11. Ending

You can stop using Blocktronics at any time. Account deletion isn't built into the site yet.

[pending counsel] How a request to close an account is handled until deletion is built, and what happens to unspent credits and rebates when an account closes.

12. Law and disputes

Not decided yet.

[pending counsel] The law that governs these terms, the courts that hear disputes, and the rights consumers keep where they live.

13. Contact
