Net DEX flow, holder counts and MVRV come from each token's daily series, so a brief covers exactly its days. Market cap, 30-day smart money, grades and signals exist only as of the snapshot, so they appear on the brief for the newest settled day; an earlier day is rebuilt from the daily series and says what it leaves out. Holder growth ranks tokens with 100 or more holders, token by token; the brief doesn't sum holder counts across tokens. Signals are the 6 strongest fresh ones, one per token, as on the drafts desk
Each section opens with a sentence or two in plain words, such as "More money came in than went out across the tokens we track" or "the typical token's holders are sitting at about half what they paid", and a picture drawn from the brief's own figures: buying against selling as one bar, market cap by chain as a strip, the grade mix, MVRV against its break-even, the movers as bars, and the chains side by side on one scale. MVRV, smart money and the grade are each explained once, beside their figure. The page and the email use the same words

Pick daily or weekly on the brief or on your account, with the sections and chains you want. Without an account, an email and a 6-digit code subscribe you. Daily briefs go out in the morning (07:00 UTC unless the host sets another hour), weekly ones on Mondays; each subscription gets each period once
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link (no sign-in, and Undo on the page it opens), a preferences link, "View in browser", and the List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers (RFC 8058), so mail apps can offer their own unsubscribe button
